In our New York studio we practice French decoupage with care and patience. The artwork is laid in reverse beneath the glass, sealed with hand-brushed varnish, then the pane is softly bent so light moves across every branch. The surface wipes clean, the back is felted, the piece is food safe, and Ben signs each one before it leaves the bench.
