ONLINE Returns Policy
We want you to LOVE your purchase! We will happily accept returns postmarked within 14 days of purchase on unworn, new products with tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original box.

to let us know you are sending the item back and we can be on the lookout for it.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns.
Please note:
• Refunds are credited to the original form of payment or a Matilda’s Gift Card.
• Returns are processed in 10-14 business days and refunds expected 5-7 business days after processing.
• Shipping charges are not refunded.
• Exchanges are processed as inventory allows.
• All DISCOUNTED or SALE ITEMS are “FINAL SALE” and CANNOT be exchanged or returned.

IN-STORE Returns Policy
Because you were able to touch, feel, and try on for fit and size, shoes and clothing may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 business days of purchase with original receipt or 30 days with a gift receipt. No cash, check, or credit card refunds will be given. Returned items must be unworn with price tags intact. DISCOUNTED or SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned.
